The terms of participation

In order to take part in the Congress, please fill in the registration form below.

Applications for participation will be considered by the Organizing Committee of the Congress, and in case of approval, the person submitting the application will be sent a written invitation. The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse an invitation to participate to the person who submitted the application without explanation.

In case of a positive decision, you will be signed a contract, which is a confirmation and guarantee of participation in the Congress. Payment for participation is made within 5 (five) working days after the conclusion of the contract.

Formats of participation

Participants of the International Congress - 2018 are offered several formats of participation depending on the wishes and on the choice of the Questionnaire that we send to you.

Packages: Demo-team, Silver, Gold.

Silver Package of the participant will cost 49600 rubles. This package includes:

Accommodation in a hotel with breakfast (from 17 to 24 March 2018);
Ski pass;
Participation in all events of the business program of the Congress (except for special invitation events);
Participation in all events of the cultural program of the Congress (except for special invitation events);
Participation in gala dinners at the opening / closing;
A set of participant's handouts.
